#SignEffectz strives to show its commitment to Milwaukee through a new project called BID #8, representing Historic King Drive Business Improvement District (BID) #8. We will play an instrumental role in the establishment of fresh wayfinding signage for an area requiring rejuvenation. This renewal initiative will unfold over a six-month period.

Since 1996, our dedicated #SignEffectz team of artists, metal fabricators, designers, craftsmen, engineers, and more have been rooted in the Milwaukee region. Our core values encompass honesty, reliability, innovation, and collaborative teamwork. #SignEffectz also values the community we live in and strives to make efforts to show our commitment. Our portfolio boasts a range of accomplished projects in the vicinity, such as Gallary 507 located within the Bronzeville Center for the Arts, Griot Apartments which houses ABHM (America’s Black Holocaust Museum), Garfield Apartments, and the River House Apartments in Milwaukee.
