2nd Annual Ride for Veterans

It’s almost time to take out the motorcycles because #SignEffectz is gearing up for its second annual Ride for Veterans event on June 17th. We are excited to continue this event after last year’s success! Ride for Veterans is an event to help raise money and awareness for Veterans Outreach in Wisconsin (VOW) in Racine, Wisconsin. Our event will include a DJ at the Start and live music at the Finish, food trucks, coupons, t-shirts for all riders, drinks at the Start and Finish, a silent raffle (donations accepted), and a collection for non-perishable food. Veterans Outreach in Wisconsin (VOW)

VOW is an organization that assists homeless and at-risk veteran households return to normalcy in life by providing food, clothing, shelter, and programming. VOW has built 15 tiny homes and a Community Center which provides 24/7 access to bathrooms, showers, a laundry room, a full-sized kitchen, a group therapy area, and a recreation area.

Whether you participate in a day of fun, volunteer at the event, or be a sponsor, your funds will be used to help expand the Milwaukee village with 42 tiny homes, a 10,000 sq ft community center, and a complimentary Veterans Food Market located at 6767 N. 60th Street.
