The 5th Annual Ride For Veterans is bringing several exciting changes this year, all designed to create an even better experience for riders while continuing to support Veterans Community Project of Milwaukee.

From a brand-new starting location and scenic route to new sponsors and community partnerships, this year’s ride is shaping up to be the biggest yet.

A New Starting Location

One of the biggest updates this year is our new starting location: MUSIC6S in New Berlin, located in the Moorland Square Shopping Center.

We’re excited to partner with Patrick and the team at MUSIC6S because they share the same passion for supporting Veterans and strengthening our local community. Their involvement is a natural fit for the Ride For Veterans mission.

The new location also offers riders a better overall experience, with improved space, accessibility, and convenience as everyone gathers before the ride begins. We’re grateful to have MUSIC6S involved and excited to welcome riders to a fresh starting point for this year’s event.

A Waukesha County Sheriff’s Escort

Another exciting addition this year is the involvement of the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department, which will help escort the ride.

Their participation adds even more energy to the event while helping create a smooth, organized, and memorable experience for everyone on the road. It’s another example of the community coming together to support local Veterans in a meaningful way.

A New Scenic Route

Returning riders can also look forward to a brand-new route this year.

We wanted to create a ride that delivers even more enjoyment for participants, and the updated route features plenty of great scenery along the way. Whether you ride for the cause, the camaraderie, or simply the experience of being out on the road with fellow supporters, this year’s route is designed to make the day even more memorable.

New Sponsors Joining the Ride

Every year, more businesses and organizations step up to support the Ride For Veterans, and 2026 is no exception.

We’re excited to welcome several new sponsors this year who believe in the mission and want to help make a difference for Veterans in our community. Their support helps us continue growing the event while expanding the impact Veterans Community Project can make locally.

New Food Truck at Wisconsin Harley-Davidson

Our event partners are also adding a new food truck experience at Wisconsin Harley-Davidson this year.

After the ride, attendees will have another great reason to stick around, connect with fellow riders, and enjoy the atmosphere together while supporting a meaningful cause.

Celebrating Year Five

Reaching the fifth year of Ride For Veterans is an exciting milestone. What started as a community-driven event has continued to grow thanks to the incredible support of riders, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and local businesses who believe in giving back to those who served.

With so many new additions this year, we can’t wait to see everyone come together once again for an unforgettable day in support of local Veterans experiencing homelessness.
