headshot_josh2Recently promoted to Account Manager at Sign Effectz, Josh Brown is big on uniqueness. That’s because he knows you have to bring something to the table no one else can if a customer’s sign is going to get noticed.  When it comes to custom signage, getting noticed by customers is high on the priority list.

In his new position, Josh will promote Sign Effectz, Inc.’s complete line of signage products and services to current and prospective customers.  According to Josh, “there is something highly unique about this company.  It’s our uniqueness and diversity that separate us from any other company out there.  We’re not afraid to do just about anything.  We keep the door open to new, cutting edge sign ideas.  For example: MSOE University, Colectivo Coffee, and Oscar’s Custard.  Making that happen is a great deal of accomplishment.”

As Account Manager, Josh has dedicated himself to helping customers discover the many ways we can serve them. That includes leveraging the creativity of our AFX Division.  His primary responsibilities are to: build and maintain customer relationships, prospect for new business, perform customer-mining and keep our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date as needed.

When Josh isn’t at Sign Effectz, he’s fully immersed in his other gig – owning and operating a chicken wing restaurant with his father. Wing-It is the only wing restaurant in Port Washington, Wisconsin and Josh plays a key role in everything from training and on-boarding new employees, fine tuning the processes and procedures, scheduling employee outings, and coordinating marketing events.  The restaurant has been very active in local events such as holiday parades and food tastings.
