We can count on Isaias Ramirez to do a little bit of everything around here. Although he mainly does trim capping on channel letters, you might just find him filling in performing other key roles around the shop or at sign installations in the field. #YourSignGuy 
Having started in May, he’s enjoying learning and asks all the right questions. He gets a ton of gratification from seeing a project go from concept drawing through to installation. According to Isaias, “My favorite part about working at Sign Effectz is seeing everything come together and getting to see what the final product looks like. It’s almost as good as seeing the smile on our customer’s face. There are some amazing signs coming out of this shop!”
What makes a great sign? In his opinion, the colorful signs are the best. It’s the colorful ones with the latest LED technology that catch his eye. And now that he works in the sign industry, he notices them much more often and has developed strong opinions on a sign’s ability to do its job.
When he’s not at work, Isaias plays pool and volunteers as a basketball and soccer coach.
