How do you make sure new signs are installed right the first time? Have a mechanic do it. Few people have more attention to detail and problem-solving ability. That’s exactly why we put Zach Dlugi on the job!
He’s been a mechanic for a long time. According to Zach, “I was a mechanic since I was 10 years old. I love that kind of work, getting my hands dirty and solving mechanical problems.” Zach is delighted to be working on signs. His dad, Michael Dlugi, also works for the company and Zach has been wanting to get into the business.
As an Installer for Sign Effectz, Inc., Zach gets to the job site, reviews the blue prints and closely examines where the new sign is going to be installed. He’s responsible for identifying the correct hardware as well as the necessary wiring and adapters. At the end of the day, it’s up to our sign installers to find the safest and most efficient way to get the sign mounted.
When he’s not at work Zach is raising his family and likes building things, especially anything with a motor in it!
