Karyn describes her day as a constant blend of people strategy and operations. From processing payroll and managing 401(k)s to overseeing workers’ compensation, performance evaluations, and time tracking, she’s responsible for a wide range of moving parts that keep the organization on track.
Karyn’s role goes far beyond administration.
“People tend to think my job is just processing payroll and filing paperwork,” Karyn says. “But it’s a lot more involved than that. I actually spend a lot of my time collaborating on ways to make things better for the team. At the end of the day, it’s about making sure everyone is taken care of and genuinely happy working here.”
