Thank you for helping us make the 5th Annual Ride For Veterans our best year yet.

This year’s Ride For Veterans felt different.

Maybe it’s because Veterans Community Project has officially broken ground on its Milwaukee tiny homes village. Maybe it’s because the event continues to grow year after year. Maybe it’s the people I meet. Or maybe it’s because you can feel the momentum building around a cause that is changing lives right here in our community.

Whatever the reason, one thing is certain: none of it would be possible without the incredible sponsors, riders, volunteers, and partners who came together to make this event happen.

As we wrap up the 5th Annual Ride For Veterans, I want to personally thank everyone who helped make this year’s event possible.

Whether you rode, sponsored, volunteered, donated, promoted the event, or simply showed up to support the cause, you played a role in something important.

A Milestone Year for Veterans Community Project

One of the reasons this year’s ride carried so much energy is because Veterans Community Project has officially broken ground on its Milwaukee tiny homes village.

For years, we’ve talked about the vision. We’ve shared the mission. We’ve told the stories.

Now, we’re seeing that vision become reality.

Veterans Community Project’s proven model combines transitional housing with wraparound services designed to help Veterans regain stability and independence. Their 85% successful transition rate speaks for itself.

The support generated through this event helps move that mission forward right here in our own community.

That’s something everyone involved should be proud of.

To Our Sponsors: Thank You for Leading by Example

Events like this don’t happen without businesses and organizations willing to step up and invest in their communities.

To every sponsor who supported this year’s ride, thank you. Your partnership helped us create an incredible experience for riders while also supporting a cause that delivers real, measurable results for Veterans.

To Our Riders: You Are the Heart of This Event

Every year, I’m humbled by the number of people who choose to spend their day riding for a purpose.

No matter how many years you’ve ridden, your participation matters.

You helped create an atmosphere of camaraderie, respect, and support that makes this event special. The miles traveled, the conversations shared, and the generosity shown throughout the day all contribute to the impact we’re able to make.

Thank you for being part of it.

To Our Volunteers and Partners: We Couldn’t Do This Without You

A tremendous amount of work happens behind the scenes before the first motorcycle starts and long after the last rider arrives.

To our volunteers, event partners, venue hosts, vendors, and everyone who donated their time and talents, thank you.

Your efforts make the experience seamless, enjoyable, and memorable for everyone involved.

I’d also like to extend a special thank you to the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department for providing this year’s escort and helping make the ride both exciting and safe.

Why We Continue to Ride

At Sign Effectz, supporting Veterans isn’t something we do because it’s good for business.

Like many of you, I have personal connections to military service through friends and acquaintances. We understand the sacrifices made by those who serve and by their families as well. I feel strongly about supporting those who were willing to take a bullet for our freedom and safety.

That’s why organizations like Veterans Community Project resonate so strongly with us. They are creating opportunities, restoring dignity, and helping Veterans build brighter futures. And they’re doing it here and in cities across the country. That’s a mission worth supporting.

Looking Ahead

I hope everyone who participated in the 5th Annual Ride For Veterans feels proud of what we’ve accomplished together. The road doesn’t end here.

Veterans Community Project’s work continues. The Milwaukee village continues to take shape. And the need to support Veterans remains as important as ever.

We’ll see you next year.
