As the new year unfolds, we as a company begin to reflect upon ourselves not just as a whole but individually within ourselves. This reflection helps us to create and strive for new goals for the entirety of the year. Not only does it push us to our limit, but it also reminds us of the reason why we are brought in unison for a common goal. This is the culture. This makes #SignEffectz. With the start of the new year, we thought there was no way better to kick off the year than with our annual brand promise event.
You’re probably wondering what is the brand promise and why is it so important? Our brand promise happens annually at the start of every year. The brand promise reflects on our core values, but beyond the ink and paper it is a way of life. A sort of creed and code of honor you live by. This reminds current employees of the path they walk and helps acquaint new hires with the culture of our company. In a way I see the signing of the brand promise as a right of passage for onboarding new hires to be a part of something bigger than themselves. An initiation that helps the company grow individually but to also grow as a whole. The reassurance that we all walk this path together and will take on anything life throws at us in 2023!
