Retailer 7-Eleven acquired 18 convenience stores in our region that were branded under another name.  Their sign company, Harbinger, Inc. came to us with their designs and gave us the opportunity to do the changeover.  Our crews converted 16 stores plus outfitted two stores with new signage from the ground up.

Thanks to our experience with many of these stores, we were in a great position to help Harbinger with a smooth transition from the old branding to the new.  In fact, our crews removed all the old signage in two days (and there were 5 or more signs at each location!).  And we pulled the permits, which also helped make the project run smoothly.

Harbinger developed all the drawings and ran them by our project manager for advice on any potential issues with permitting and/or fabrication.  We coordinated with 11 different cities for the various store locations.

The project includes standard box illuminated signs (aluminum extrusion with plastic faces).  Some communities required channel letters for their uniform appearance.  We used LED lighting for low power consumption, which is a system-wide initiative for 7-Eleven.

“Sign Effectz is a reliable source for all of your signage needs. I worked with Don Nummerdor on a large re-branding last year for a high-profile client, and he was always available at any hour to take my calls. Furthermore, the flexibility in scheduling and willingness to go the extra mile is second to none. My client was very pleased with the end result.”
