The highlight of this custom apartment signage project is the striking monument sign, which stands as a welcoming landmark at the development’s entrance. With a sign face measuring 9’-2” wide by 3’-0” high and an overall height reaching 8’-0”, this installation is impossible to miss.

Manufactured using acrylic with vinyl overlay and supported by a durable aluminum tube structure and frame, the monument sign is not only visually appealing but built to endure Wisconsin’s tough weather conditions.

The clubhouse wall sign continues the community’s branding with sleek, dimensional letters that reinforce the upscale and cohesive aesthetic of the development.

Designed with Precision

All signs in the package were designed by Adrian Esguerra., whose creative direction ensured that the signage aligned perfectly with Village 43’s branding and architectural style. From the clean typeface to the modern color palette, every detail was thoughtfully executed.

Phased Implementation

As Village 43 continues construction across its multiple buildings, sign installation will be phased accordingly. While the monument and clubhouse signs are already installed and fully operational, the remaining awnings and ADA-compliant signage are projected for completion by fall 2025.
