Why the 4th Annual Ride for Veterans was Successful

On June 14, 2025, riders, sponsors, and volunteers came together for a cause that’s close to our hearts—and crucial to our community. The 4th Annual Ride For Veterans was more than just a scenic ride through beautiful southeast Wisconsin. It was a show of support for the men and women who’ve served our country and now face some of life’s toughest challenges.

The transition from military to civilian life isn’t easy. Many Veterans return home only to find themselves without a stable place to live, a support network to lean on, or the resources they need to get back on their feet. Across the U.S., over 30,000 Veterans are sleeping on the streets on any given night. That’s a staggering number—and it’s unacceptable. They put their lives on the line for our freedom. They deserve our help.

This year’s ride directly supports Veterans Community Project (VCP) and their mission to end Veteran homelessness. Funds raised through the event will help develop their Milwaukee campus, which includes a village of fully furnished tiny homes and an on-site outreach center. These homes are more than shelter—they’re a launching pad. VCP surrounds Veterans with the wraparound services they need to heal, stabilize, and move toward living independent, productive lives.

To every rider who showed up and rode with purpose: thank you. Your support sends a powerful message that Veterans in crisis are not alone.
